🌸 Coney Funeral Home honors the life and legacy of Linda Liburd-Hammonds, a devoted mother, beloved daughter, sister, and friend whose gentle spirit and radiant smile touched all who knew her.
A Public Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 11:00 AM at Harmony Missionary Baptist Church, 1645 N. Webster Avenue, Lakeland, Florida.
Interment will follow at Oak Hill Burial Park, 4620 U.S. Highway 98 South, Lakeland, FL 33812.
As we gather to celebrate her remarkable journey, we remember her kindness, faith, and love that will forever live in our hearts.
