Leon Tyrone Williams was born to Leon Jerome Williams and Minnie Davis on August 12, 1957.

"Ty" or "Tyrone" as he was affectionately known, was loved by all of his family and close friends. He enjoyed cooking, and listening to music.

On November 24, 2023, he entered eternal rest. He was preceded in death by his father: Leon Jerome Williams; grandparents: Willie Mae Dupoint, Cleveland Williams and brother: Pringle Green.

He leaves to cherish his memories his loving son: Leon Williams; mother: Minnie Davis; siblings: Roy Tate (Annie Mae), James L. Williams (Shaundra); grandson: Zahir Williams; aunts and uncles: Joyce Williams, Rosa Williams, Essie Lee Turner, Allean Austin, Beatrice Howard, David Gibson (Annette), Freddy Williams (Carolyn), Vera Davis; nephew: James L. Williams, II and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Mr. Williams of Lakeland transitioned Friday, November 24, 2023. A visitation will be held Friday, December 8, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The Celebration of Life will be held at Saturday, December 9, 2023 -12:00 p.m. All services will be held at Coney MLK Chapel - 1404 Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33805. The interment follow the Celebration of Life at Oak Hill Burial Park - 4620 US Highway 98 South, Lakeland, Florida 33812.
