Franklin graduated from Lake Gibson High School in 1982. He was an avid football player. If you knew him, you understood that the best team in the National Football League was the Miami Dolphins.
Franklin was a devoted family man. He did not sugar coat anything that he did or said. If he said it, he meant it. Franklin was never seen upset or angry.
