Cynthia Wiley Donnelly was born October 29, 1961 and made her heavenly transition September 19, 2023. She was affectionately known as "Tolee" to everyone who knew her. She enjoyed her family, friends, shopping and being a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Arthur and Sallie King Wiley; daughter: Cynthia Diane Wiley and siblings: Willy, Ronnie and Arthur Wiley.

She leaves to cherish, adore and treasure her memories: husband: Hubert Victor Donnelly; children: Larry Brown, II, Madison Malloy Wiley; siblings: Orsolida Fulgham, Yolonda Wiley, Kenneth Wiley, Dwight Wiley; grandchildren: Devonte Wiley, Destiny Wiley, Tynajaeh Wiley, Daphane Wiley, Tylajaeh Wiley, Larry Brown, III and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Mrs. Donnelly of Lakeland transitioned on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. A visitation will be held Thursday, October 5, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. with a Celebration of Life to follow. All services will be held at Coney MLK Chapel - 1404 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Lakeland, Florida 33805.
