Cody was a loving and dedicated father, husband and son. In his free time, he enjoyed working on cars, listening to music and watching movies. His family was his life. Cody gave everything he could to make sure his children knew how much he loved them. From something as simple as a hug or kiss, to sacrificing his comfort and needs to meet theirs. Like carrying his daughter when she was too tired to walk, all while being tired and hurting himself or taking the time after a long day at work to ask his son about his day or his drawings.

Whenever his extended family needed help, he was always the first to volunteer. He was dependable, trustworthy and loyal. Cody will always be loved and never forgotten. His presence will be missed dearly.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of 15 years, Sherly Sanchez; children: Damion and Aleyna Sanchez; parents: Nina Sanchez, Henry Martinez; siblings: Rosie Martinez, Tony Romo, Noah Romo; brother-in-law: Mike Saikho; aunts: Tammy and Dorothy Scott; niece: Ashley Saikho and a host of cousins and extended family.

Mr. Sanchez of Lakeland transitioned June 27, 2024. A Memorial Service will be held Friday, July 5, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Coney Funeral Home - 647 W. Memorial Boulevard, Lakeland, Florida 33815.
