It is written in Ecclesiastes 3:1 that “To everything there is a season, and a time for every purpose under the Heaven,” and as such, the grand architect of the universe, the immaculate author and finisher of our soul’s destiny, summoned the mortal presence of dearly beloved, Mrs. Yvonnie Cheleta Nerahoo to eternal rest, as she has made life’s final transition from earthly travailing to heavenly reward on Sunday, April 7, 2024, rendering great sorrow and loss to her family and friends.
Yvonnie was born March 3, 1952 in Jamacia to the late Donald and Ivy Parson.
“Bogle” as she was affectionately called by many, was loving, kind, generous, gentle, and family oriented. She helped anyone and everyone in need and was the kind of person who gave her last to help better someone else’s life.
She was employed for 12 years with Lakeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center and retired afterward. Once she retired, she enjoyed sewing and doing puzzles.
She was preceded in death by her parents: Donald and Ivy Parson and brother: Leroy Parson. She leaves to cherish her memory a loving and devoted husband of 52 years William Nerahoo; children: Lydia Hyde, Haneef Nerahoo, Alando Nerahoo; step-children and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, godchildren and devoted friends.
