The world welcomed Kenyon Chris-Anthony Ashley arrival on Tuesday, July 1, 1986 and transitioned Thursday, April 18, 2024.
“KooLee” as he was affectionately called, was very loved by his family. He fulfilled many roles: a father, a brother, an endearing individual, a visionary, a businessman, and a comedian. His humility and quickness to seek reconciliation deepened the bonds of love and respect among his family and friends. If you knew him, you knew his life was centered around his girls and more importantly God as he accepted Him on March 19, 2024.
KooLee’s gift for sharing and creating joy was unparalleled. He loved to travel, visiting family and friends, cherishing their company, playing cars and car drifting. He brought laughter and joy effortlessly, whether through stories, dance, or jokes.
Kenyon's legacy lives on through his children: Leila and Khloe Ashley; parents: Dianne Ashley and Trevor Lewis; siblings: Shenelle Gosha, Kendra Lewis, Johnyk Bevans; grandmother: Denise Bevans; uncle: Christopher Bevans, John Bevans; nieces: Imoni Jean Paul, Nyla Lawhorn, Lean Jean, Egypt Dyer; nephews: Kemari Jean Paul, Micah Wallace; childhood brothers and sisters: Eladio El Calderon, Ernest Hagan, Brittany Brown, William Pinder, Jaylin Pritchett; Spiritual Father: Apostle Pete McKinnis and a host of cousins and extended family.
