Hubert George Brooks was born October 31, 1966 to Erbert and Joyce Brooks in Kingston, Jamaica.

Hubert migrated from Jamaica to Miami, Florida were he lived and attended public school.

Hubert and his family moved to Central Florida area where he employed with Valencia Hills Health and Rehabilitation Center of Lakeland, Florida.

If you knew Hubert, you knew he had an undying love for horses. Before moving to Lakeland, he breed, groomed, raised and trained horses. Not only did he have a love for horses, but he also was an avid runner, having ran in High School and several marathons in Miami. One of Hubert’s main passions was just staying home and spending time with his family.

On Friday, November 8, 2024 at the tender age of 58, he entered eternal rest. He was preceded in death by his father: Erbert Brooks and siblings: Everton and Junior Brooks.

His legacy will forever be continued by his loving and devoted wife Patricia Brooks, step-daughter: Dannicia; mother: Joyce Brooks; sister: Marcia Brooks; aunts: Marjorie and Shirley; sisters-in-law: Comar, Trenece, Lorna, Tessa; brothers-in-law: Kobina, Andre Federick; cousins: Denice, Susan, Muff, Makiah, Carlton, Sheldon, Ranlette, Zarren, Marcia and a host of nieces, nephews, other cousins and other sorrowing family members and friends.
